## ***ELA Resource Binder***
![[ela-banner.png]]
This Literacy Resource Binder serves as a living professional reference for evidence-based reading and language arts instruction, developed as part of my Methods and Strategies for Language and Literacy course at the University of Pittsburgh. Organized across seven foundational categories — systematic explicit instruction, phonemic awareness, beginning reading, advanced word reading, fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension — this binder synthesizes research-backed practices, technology supports, and intervention frameworks including the RTI/MTSS tiered model. It is designed not only as a course artifact but as a practical tool I will carry into my teaching, continuously updated as my knowledge and classroom experience grow.
