***Description***
This artifact is a letter sent home to parents for my field placement in Early Field Experience. It is written in a fun and professional manner that clearly and concisely explains what I’ll be doing in the classroom and why. It is designed in a fun and friendly manner as well showing some fun facts, my experience, and why I want to be a teacher.
***Rationale***
This artifact demonstrates my ability to communicate with parents and guardians in a professional manner. It shows that I take an appropriate approach when sending materials home to share and considers that not all students are going to be giving this to their parents and may just have a guardian or caregiver. This artifact also shows my willingness to communicate with parents and guardians in a frequent manner to both discuss what is going on in the classroom and how it can benefit their student.
